Our Schedule
Kiowa Fitness offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. Group Fitness – Kiowa 60
Functional Fitness at it’s core! Coach led classes that are 1 hour in length and range from strength training to high intensity metcons.
HIIT Fitness – Kiowa Burn
High Intensity Interval Training. Coach led classes that are 1 hour in length and focus on getting your heart rate up with combinations of movements.
Personal Training
1 on 1 training with a coach. We work together to achieve your goal, whether that’s getting stronger, putting on mass or losing weight.
Semi – Private training
4 to 1 training with a coach. Work in small group of like minded individuals, but with each of you getting your own personalized workout, every day.
Jiu-Jitsu
Martial Art that focuses on close quarter grappling and ground fighting to subdue an opponent. Typically 1 hr + in duration.
Sports Performance
Specialized training for athletes to take their game to the next level.
